I am the founding member, Partner, and Financial Advisor of The Haddorff Team. With over 44 years of experience in the financial services industry, I've dedicated my career to guiding others through the complexities of investments and financial planning. I pride myself on my top-notch service. If I am not away on a fishing trip or helping another client, I will always pick up the phone when you call!
Born and raised in Mound, MN, I am the youngest of four children. My siblings were my role models, and I strived to emulate the best qualities in each of them. Today, I reside in Eden Prairie, MN, with my wonderful wife, Ginger. Together, we have three adult children – Melanie, Ryan, and Ben – and nine incredible grandchildren: Luke, Makayla, Brooke, Tyler, Georgia, Riley, Leo, Charlie, and Will. They are the center of my world.
Before venturing into this field, I was a teacher and coach at Edina High School. When I was cut from teaching in 1982 due to seniority constraints, I found myself called to a career in finance. I transferred my love of numbers and teaching and was inspired to seek out the best investment products for my fellow teachers, setting me on my current path.
Like my son, Ryan, and grandson, Luke, I graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College, and it was there that I laid the foundation for my professional life. I am most passionate about helping people, and I firmly believe that the greatest values I can offer our clients are my knowledge, experience, and a genuine desire to support anyone no matter where they are on their journey.
To honor my family history of teachers and coaches, I established the Haddorff Family Foundation. We provide scholarships to outstanding student/athletes at my alma mater, Westonka High School, and other schools in the Twin Cities area.
Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing and hunting and regularly travel to Canada and Alaska with my fishing buddies. I like to think of myself as the greatest fisherman in Minnesota, and possibly the world!
