As the Director of Operations at The Haddorff Team, I primarily work behind the scenes in support of our employees to help the daily operations run smoothly. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and 15 years with The Haddorff Team, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in maintaining efficient and effective operations.
I am a graduate of the University of St. Catherine and I currently reside in South Minneapolis with my partner and two children. I enjoy travel, nature, puzzles, and am rarely without a home improvement project (or several). My strong passion for justice influences both my personal and professional life.
Balancing my role with The Haddorff Team with my personal interests and family commitments allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. I am beyond grateful to get to work with such an authentic bunch of people and an organization that values integrity as much as I do.
